Education Qualification : GERMI Recruitment

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  • BE/ B Tech with MBA / PGDBM in Energy/ Power / Energy Efficiency (Full time course only) with minimum of 4 (four) years’ work experience in Energy Efficiency.
  • Certified Energy Manager / Auditor would be preferred.
Job Description:
  • Report and Proposal writing
  • Performing regular site visits to assess compliance with design, drawings and specifications, and applicable codes and regulation
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure that anticipated energy savings are attained
  • Conducting (or overseeing) energy audits in private and public sector organizations
  • Organizing meetings, as required, with the client, subcontractors and internal resources to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation
  • Good Knowledge of Demand Side Management (DSM), Energy Conservation Building Codes (ECBC)and other projects relating to Energy Efficiency
  • Development and operation of spreadsheet-based models
  • Policy analysis and development
  • Policy Analysis and Regulatory work on behalf of the client related to Energy Efficiency
  • Research and data analysis
  • Project Management and Resource Planning
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by Team Lead
  • Client management and Liaisoning, Delivering presentations and workshops

Monthly Remuneration: As per Industry Standards
